The2025 American Music Awards made for a memorable night!

Among the amazing performances by Benson Boone, Lainey Wilson, Blake Shelton, Gloria Estefan, Gwen Stefani, Renée Rapp, Alex Warren, and many more, host Jennifer Lopez charmed us all with her charisma, showstopping looks and headline-making opening number. Plus, the biggest winners of the night were some of the most beloved artists of the past year, including Billie Eilish, SZA, Beyoncé, Eminem, Post Malone, Becky G and Gracie Abrams.

Both Janet Jackson and Rod Stewart also took the stage to accept their honors, the Icon Award to Jackson and the Lifetime Achievement Award to Stewart.

“I’m so grateful,” Jackson said as she took the stage, per The Hollywood Reporter. “I mean, no disrespect in any way, but I don’t consider myself an icon. My family, myself, our dream wasn’t ever to be famous; we weren’t raised like that. We always had a special love for music, dancing and singing, and fame came with the result of hard work and dedication.”
