PETALING JAYA: Swimmer Phee Jinq En (pic) is crushed after a new rule has put paid to her hopes of making a third Olympic Games appearance in Paris.

The 26-year-old had hoped to go under the universality ticket but a new rule now limits a swimmer to only two Olympics in their careers and not being older than 30 as of Jan 1, 2025. Previously, there was no limit.
