When it comes to Scarlett Johansson‘s red carpet appearances, fans are always hoping to see her lock lips and share some PDAwith her husband, Colin Jost. And while that certainly happens every now and again, there’s someone else she’s been sharing kisses with on the carpet lately: her Jurassic World Rebirth co-star Jonathan Bailey.

Speaking of their connection to Entertainment Tonight, the Bridgerton star agreed that with a kiss from Johansson, he’s the luckiest guy on the carpet. “Well, of course, absolutely,” he said with a smile. “I believe in being able to show the love in all the ways, and if you can’t kiss your friend, life’s too short not to.”

Johansson talked about their PDA in an interview with Access Hollywood. “People got some time [on their hands],” she joked.

In the rest of the interviews, Johansson and Bailey gushed about working with one another.

“The people you meet along the way make extraordinary experiences even better,” Bailey said. “It’s been amazing to get back together to celebrate.”

“Scarlett’s just endlessly hilarious, sensitive, intelligent,” he said, adding that she and their fellow co-star Mahershala Ali are “both icons.” “I’m very lucky to be a part of their tribe,” he added.

Johansson had similar kind words for her cast. “We had such a great cast of actors,” she said. “Amazing, gifted and professional actors that are just very lovely people.”

In the movie, Johansson plays covert operations expert Zora Bennett while Bailey plays paleontologist Dr. Henry Loomis, and a trusted member of Zora’s team. The movie follows them and Zora’s other skilled team members as they find themselves stranded on a forbidden island that had once housed an undisclosed research facility for Jurassic Park.

On the carpet, Johansson wowed in a white lace gown with a sweetheart neckline from Givenchy. Bailey, for his part, wore a more casual look in dark gray slacks, a matching cardigan and a white t-shirt underneath.

While she certainly got a smooch in with Bailey, Johansson was also joined by her Saturday Night Live hubby. Jost wore a crisp white suit and perfectly matched his wife. The pair has been married since 2020 and share a 3-year-old son named Cosmo.

Jurassic World Rebirth hits theaters on July 2. We can’t wait to watch!
