As part of Loke’s new role, she will work with JustCo’s executive leadership team to make the finance, capital markets, and M&A functions a “competitive advantage” for the company.The management change is also in line with the company’s long-term expansion goals. “Her vast experience in capital markets and the real estate industry are particularly compelling factors in our decision to invite her to join JustCo on this transformation journey,” said JustCo CEO Kong Wan Sing.
