KDC chief condemns act of fishing at Kapit Lily Pond during flash floods
KAPIT (March 23): Kapit District Council (KDC) chairman Lating Minggang has condemned the act by some irresponsible individuals, who went fishing at Kapit Lily Pond during the flash floods that struck last week.
He described the actions of those involved as a ‘blatant disregard’ for the law.
