Hypercholesterolemia (FH) disease had become common with children in Singapore among young children and even with some young adults is because of their favourable of high fatty foods intake such as Fried chicken or lasting for western foods like Steaks and Stews.

Especially the deadly oily-salty Bak Kwa barbequed by apple wood. Shark fns, abalones, lobsters, prawns, scallops, oysters and crabs are high cholesterol food and will lead to heart attack and stroke.
