MIRI (March 20): Twenty-two items have been listed as controlled goods under the Aidilfitri Festival Season Maximum Price Scheme (SHMMP), effective March 24 to April 17.

The items include imported beef, sold at a wholesale price of RM33 per kg and RM37 per kg (retail); mackerel, including ikan mabung RM10/RM11 per kg and ikan selayang at RM7/RM9 per kg; imported round cabbage (Indonesia and China, excluding from Beijing) at RM3.50/RM4.50 per kg; mustard greens at RM9/RM10.50 per kg; cucumber at RM3.50/RM4.50 per kg; tomatoes at RM6/RM7 per kg; and red chillies at RM15/RM17 per kg.
