Who doesn't love a compliment, especially from the one they love? 

And ex-Mediacorp actor Andie Chen, 40, sure knows how to make his wife, Taiwanese-born star Kate Pang, happy.

In a recent episode of Taiwanese talk show Single Is Best, the 42-year-old actress gushed about how great Andie is at "providing emotional value".

"Maybe because he's an actor, every time he sees me, he will show that he's head over heels for me," she said.

The pair tied the knot in 2013, and have two kids — Aden, 11, and Avery, nine.

Kate said that Andie's best trait is that he is "really good with words" and knows how to "be enamoured by" her.

For instance, when Kate puts on weight, her husband will immediately know how to comfort her.

"He would say: 'Wow, you look so sexy when you're chubby'," she explained. 

Even when Kate describes herself as "being so outrageously fat", Andie would say: "But your face looks perfect now".

That's not all.

Andie would even dig out old photos of them and lament: "Not fair, why are you getting prettier and prettier?", which, obviously, sweeps Kate off her feet.

Seems like the men online are intrigued by Andie's sweet-talking skills.

"A husband who knows how to please you is stronger than anything else," one praised. "Mr Chen really is our saviour," another lauded. 

One also commented with a laughing emoji: "He sure knows how to survive".

Kate's reply? "Doesn't he~" 

Yes, yes, he does.
