Katie Holmes, is that a nose ring? The Dawson's Creek star has always been known for her sleek, classic looks, but she's been having a style renaissance — and her latest appearance is the perfect example.

Holmes was recently on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon wearing a super-sleek, geometric, long braid, courtesy of stylist DJ Quintero, who often works with the star. (Quintero is also responsible for the baby bangs Holmes was seen wearing in late 2022.) Holmes's signature brunette hair was swept up from her face into two large sections: one at the top of her head and one at the base. Her hair was slicked down with gel for shine and control and fastened into a low ponytail at the nape of her neck, then braided down her back. The result was a chic, versatile braid that paired beautifully with her stylish gray suit and crisp white shirt. Joey Potter would be proud.
