Kieron Dyer has revealed that he let out 'years' of frustrations on SAS: Who Dares Wins Jason 'Foxy' Fox.

The ex footballer is one of the contestants on the celebrity edition of the show during which he took part in a challenge that left him with a broken rib.

Dyer, 42, says he then saw the 'red mist' while in another challenge which ended up with him taking it out on poor Foxy.
