Today the reality star shared behind-the-scenes images from a recent fitting, where she wore a silky ivory corset bodysuit by Thierry Mugler, which featured a sculpted hourglass silhouette. The strapless piece had a pointy cupped bra that plunged down at the center, while the bodice cinched Kardashian at the waist with sharp rods so skintight, they could have doubled as built-in body armor.
