Kim Jong-un appears to cry during military parade speech

Kang Kyung-wha, South Korea’s foreign minister, had lashed out at North Korea’s claims they had not reported a single case of coronavirus. In response, Kim Yo-jong resurfaced after months of silence to warn the foreign minister they will “pay dearly” for their comments. Kim Jong-un's sister was last seen on July 27, leading to speculation she had been killed. Earlier this year, a South Korean official was shot dead by North Korean soldiers after they were spotted in the neighbouring countries waters.
