This sounds like the scam where this catering business owner was asked to buy 30 bottles of wine worth 300+ dollars (iirc), and told him for each bottle they give extra 50 dollars commissions, the business owner bought thinking the catering deal was real but end up is a scam, the food ingredients he bought has also gone to waste as there wasn't a catering service needed in the first place :(
