Klang Valley has overtaken Sabah in recording the most number of daily COVID-19 cases nationwide for the third time in the past week

According to the Ministry of Health (MOH), areas within the Klang Valley saw a total of 544 new cases today, 16 November, while Sabah recorded 288 new cases.The total number of COVID-19 cases reported in Malaysia is 1,103.However, cases reported within Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya make up 49% of the total.This is the third time within the past week that Klang Valley has logged more cases in a single day compared to Sabah. The first time was on Friday, 13 November, followed by Sunday, 15 November.
