Koufu Introduces Colour-Coded Price Labels for Economy Rice Stalls in Singapore

Diners at Koufu foodcourts and coffee shops will soon be able to identify the price of each dish in their economy rice order through colour-coded labels. This initiative, launched on 24 Mar 2025, comes from a partnership between Koufu and the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).
The system will be implemented across all economy rice stalls in 77 Koufu foodcourts and coffee shops by the end of 2025. For now, the launch has begun at Hong Le Mixed Veg Rice Stall at the Koufu foodcourt in Plantation Plaza, Tengah estate.

This is the best move by kofu. They used to cook a veg dish and add a bit of minced pork so as to charge customers at meat price. Be careful of their unscrupulous act.
