A volunteer cop with the Los Angeles Police Department whocollapsed on live TV when he was attacked by a swarm of angry bees is seen swollen and bloodied in a photo from his hospital bed after being stung up to 100 times.

The nightmarish bee attack happened in the Encino section of Los Angeles late Monday afternoon and was captured by news helicopters hovering overhead.
