LGMS inks IPO deal with UOB Kay Hian
PETALING JAYA: LGMS Bhd has inked an underwriting agreement with UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd in preparation for its listing on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market.
The cybersecurity services provider’s executive chairman Fong Choong Fook said the group has timed its initial public offering (IPO) to fit its expansion plans.
