CHINESE TV celebrity Li Xiang has once again caused a stir on social media after she shared photos of her recent visit to the UK headquarters of Pop Mart featuring the viral Labubu toys.

China Press reported that the 49-year-old brought her daughter Angela to the company for a shopping spree.

Li’s social media post showed photos of Angela, 15, with two large Labubu dolls and other toys during the visit.

The report said the large toys cost more than 10,000 yuan (RM5,910) each.

It added that Li had shown off her lavish ways again to turn the exclusive toys into “wholesale goods”.

Some netizens praised Li for always being at the “forefront of showcasing things” and “opening up their eyes to the world”.

This is not the first time Li, dubbed “China’s Showoff Queen”, has flaunted her extravagant lifestyle.

During the Dragon Boat Festival, she showed photos of a luxurious meal with her daughter at a high-end restaurant, which featured glutinous rice on porcelain plates.

Netizens pointed out that the glutinous rice was crafted with premium ingredients such as caviar, black truffle and Iberian ham, with each dumpling costing more than 1,000 yuan (RM591).

Li once revealed that her family’s monthly food expenses are at least 70,000 yuan (RM41,400) and she had mixed two-carat diamond powder into her skincare routine.

She was married to diamond tycoon Li Houlin from 2005 until 2006. She then tied the knot with film director Wang Yuelun in 2009 before their divorce in 2021.
