Yes, these scammers are using the online sales platform to get cash from buyers. Many misused the app & cheated buyer but these operators denied that this is their fault. I kana recently in Lazada Singapore & scammer hacked my account & ended took my money to buy their gadgets. Police report is launched but until today, no updates from authorities & Lazada Singapore very irresponsible to push their faults away! I will no longer buy anything from their app since no protection on buyer account.
