Lewis Hamilton has said he is ‘grateful to be alive’ as he continues to recover from coronavirus.

The Formula One ace, 35, tested positive for Covid-19 earlier this month and was forced to self-isolate, which meant he missed the penultimate Grand Prix in Sakir in Bahrain.
