First it was Chinese actress Angelababy and her eight-year-old son at Universal Studios Singapore, now it's Taiwanese model-actress Lin Chiling and her family at Sentosa.

On Thursday (Jul 3), Xiaohongshu netizen Momo shared that they had bumped into the 50-year-old model at Sentosa with her Japanese singer husband Akira, 43, as well as their three-year-old son.

According to Momo, she saw Chiling and her family when they were buying tickets for the Skyline Luge.

"I recognised her husband first. I waved and smiled at him when we made eye contact. He was very friendly and waved back at us," recalled Momo.

Momo added that Chiling's family had gotten tickets for the four-round Skyline Luge experience, which allows them to ride the luge down four different tracks. It's why they eventually bumped into each other many times.

"I didn't dare disturb them but they are such a good looking family," gushed Momo. 

When a netizen, who was also at Sentosa that day, asked why they didn't bump into Chiling too, Momo said that the star was so covered-up she was basically unrecognisable. 

Momo also said Chiling, Akira and their son were there for about two hours and joined queued like regular people. "They were also not surrounded by people trying to take pics of them," she said. 

Meanwhile, some netizens left comments saying they saw the celeb family at the Merlion as well as Adventure Cove too.  Others also showered the family of three with compliments, with many praising the kid for being tall and good-looking like his parents. Chiling is 174cm and Akira,184cm. 

Well, there must be a reason people say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
