It’s not often that you bump into a celebrity, let alone be neighbours with one. But that’s exactly what happened to Taiwanese writer Jennifer Lai, albeit for a very short period of time.

Jennifer, who is based in Indonesia, was holidaying in the Japanese resort of Karuizawa when she found herself living next door to Korean star Song Joong Ki, 38.
