On May 30, 2025, officers from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) at Woodlands Checkpoint made a significant discovery when they intercepted a traveller arriving in Singapore. The individual, driving a Malaysia-registered vehicle, was subjected to enhanced checks, which led to the uncovering of a prohibited item.

Recently there are more fighting incidents involving weapons and such behaviour of bringing this weapon 8htu the country would be a potential threat to our community. These people must be dealt with heavier sentence
