KUALA LUMPUR (May 2): MAB Engineering Services (MABES) has become a wholly-owned entity of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), effective from Monday (May 1).

MABES has been placed under the purview of the Aviation Services profit centre, which is responsible for overseeing the cargo, ground handling and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations, as well as the training academy of the group, MAG said in a statement on Tuesday.
