I’m reaching 2 years in the construction industry.

Being an engineer is not exactly easy but I’m actually more disturbed by the drinking culture. It is nothing like the drinking sessions and clubbing during uni days.

I have witnessed my CEO (who is married and in his 60s) touching inappropriately and cuddling with my senior (who’s about 30) at almost every party. I’m trying to be neutral but my senior is also not very good at her job and I silently question her credentials every time she attempts to get things done.

Not uncommon. It’s just that some people manage to hide workplace affairs well. If it doesn’t affect your work and opportunities directly, just close one eye and learn to look away.
