PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Football League (MFL) have pledged to ensure that the dispute between Negri Sembilan and Kelantan will be heard fairly after both sides appealed over the decision made by the body on a technical issue.

On Aug 27, Kelantan used five substitutes in their Premier League match against Negri. It was the fourth time Kelantan had made such substitutions when the maximum number of times allowed to bring on reserve players is just three. Negri lost 1-2.
