MTT Shipping and Logistics targets RM652.5mil IPO to fund fleet expansion
KUALA LUMPUR: Main Market-bound MTT Shipping and Logistics Bhd (MTTSL) aims to raise RM652.51mil from its initial public offering (IPO), with a greenshoe option of about 95 million shares which could lift total proceeds to RM750.38mil, most of which earmarked for vessel acquisitions.
