KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 17 — More than a decade after breaking new ground as one of the earliest films to heavily feature computer-generated imagery (CGI), the Tron franchise is back with its third instalment — Tron: Ares — which has swiftly taken over local cinemas.

Joining this week’s line-up are several other titles to fill your weekend with entertainment, including the local drama Qifarah and the much-anticipated Hong Kong crime thriller Sons of the Neon Night.
