Malaysian Indians have been promoting their gangsterism via TIKTOK recently. This includes arranging for a meet-up in Singapore!

1804 seems like a collaboration between Gang 18 and Gang 04 (There was one straits times article written in 2014 about “Top 10 gangs on Malaysia’s watchlist”). The gangs began as Chinese secret societies, but they are both currently run by Indian gang members. The gangs are known for multiple serious crimes in Malaysia such as murder, drug trafficking, possession of weapons, etc.
