A man fell from the 4th floor of a shopping mall in Hanoi, Vietnam, and landed on the stage while the Malaysian cultural dance was performed during the Visit Malaysia 2025 event.

In a video currently circulating on X, the performers were shocked when a man suddenly landed on the stage, prompting them to stop as onlookers approached the man to check on him, but he was barely moving or responding.

The crowd, which consisted of families and kids, witnessed the terrifying scene which took place on Sunday (August 3).

A representative from the shopping mall confirmed the incident with Vietnam’s Thanh Nien newspaper on Sunday afternoon, stating that the man had been rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment, but as of yesterday (August 4), his condition was still unknown.

“We are coordinating with relevant authorities to gather more information and cannot release further details at this time,” the representative said.

Previously, multiple similar incidents occurred at Van Hanh Mall in Ho Chi Minh City, where individuals jumped to their deaths from upper floors within a short period, reported Tuoi Tre, a Vietnamese news outlet.

These events drew significant attention from the public and affected the operations of many brands and tenants. The mall has since implemented several safety measures, including installing safety nets in atrium areas, to prevent further tragedies.
