A man who describes himself as a 'beautiful monster' says he has covered 95 percent of his body in tattoos.
Victor Hugo Peralta Rodriguez, who was born in Uruguay and now lives in Argentina, has spared no body parts in his pursuit of total tattooage - even inking his tongue, eyeballs and the tip of his old chap.
