A Brazilian man who was born with his head 'upside-down' and wasn't expected to live for 24 hours is now 44, with a full career ahead of him.

Claudio Vieira de Oliveira lives in north-eastern Brazilian state of Bahia, and suffers from arthrogryposis multiplex congenita.
