Facebook user Wonglijing Cherrymae was allegedly scammed after a man tried to collect 1 month rental even before she viewed the unit nor did she sign and tenancy agreement. A netizen even pointed out that this guy even adopted two dogs before trying to sell them online.

From the news, there seems to have an increase of scams during the pandemic, online or otherwise. So, guys, do be careful and don’t get fooled. Those returns that are exceptionally high for your investment, are usually scams, no two way about it.
