Man beaten up by “gangster” for not returning money

A video of a man getting beaten was posted on Facebook group Complaint Singapore. It was alleged that the person that got hit as he owed money to someone.
Throughout the video, the man was beaten in the face repeatedly and he was questioned if he was going to return the money. Blood could be seen all over his face as well.
He was even beaten as he laid on the floor. We hope the police will do a thorough investigation on this incident.
