Man discovered child porn on dark web as teen, caught with videos of 3-year-old girls in police raid

A man who got to know about the dark web in 2017 and came across a child pornography forum was later caught with nearly 4,300 electronic files showing such content.
Over 3,300 videos and 943 pictures of child pornography were found in Sean Tan Wei Hao’s electronic devices and online storage accounts after police raided his home in October 2021.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Koh Yi Wen said that some of the videos showed girls who appeared to be around three years old.
