Man injured in fall at shopping mall

GEORGE TOWN: A man fell from an upper floor and landed on the ground floor of a shopping mall at Persiaran Gurney here this afternoon.

The 2pm incident shocked shoppers at the mall.

It is not immediately known how the man had fallen.

A mall spokesperson said the man has been taken to hospital by ambulance.
