The fan who allegedly hurledhis cell phone at pop star Bebe Rexha— hitting her in the face during a Manhattan concert last month — anticipates he’ll eventually have all criminal charges dropped, his attorney said Monday.

Nicholas Malvagna’s lawyer, Todd Spodek, alluded to a plea deal being discussed with prosecutors as his client returned to Manhattan Criminal Court for the assault case over the June 19 incident at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in the South Street Seaport.
