A woman went viral on TikTok for sharing a survey she was asked to fill out by her now-boyfriend before their first date.

Katrina Froese, 26, first met 29-year-old Graham McCarthy through friends.

Though they were reluctant to their friends’ attempts to set them up at first, sparks began to fly when Katrina moved to a new city three hours away.
