A man scolded a commuter who told him not to rest his feet on a bus seat, citing that he had a 'knee problem'.
Stomper Stephen shared a video of his encounter with the man onboard bus service 961 along Woodlands Road on Saturday (Apr 9), at around 5.40pm.

He is obvious sitting and resting with 2 legs with folded arm in a defensive mood than suffering with a sign of relief and resting his injured knee! self entitled attitude! this problem will be forever there as there is no enforcer provided bus driver has the added job to issue fine tickets!

I fully agree with the writer that “if signs are put up but not enforced, what’s the point?”. It is really frustrating to see people violating the law n yet cannot do much because at the end will get scolding or even end up fighting. Hope the authorities step up the enforcement or else all will come back to a square one. Such enforcement should also apply to riding of bicycles n e-bikes/e-scooters.
