Mark Wahlberg moved his family to Sin City last fall, and the change has been a huge success. In an interview with E! News, the actor said the decision to relocate to Las Vegas came after spending lots of time in Los Angeles pursuing his career and interests.

“Now it’s time for them to pursue theirs,” the actor said of his four kids — Ella, 19, Michael, 16, Brendan, 14, and Grace, 12 — who he shares with wife Rhea Durham.

“To be able to give my kids a better life and follow and pursue their dreams — whether it be my daughter as an equestrian, my son as a basketball player, my younger son as a golfer — this made a lot more sense for us,” he told The Talk in Oct. 2022. “We came here to just kind of give ourselves a new look, a fresh start for the kids, and there’s lot of opportunity here. I’m really excited about the future.”
