Scams are everywhere. In every country n around the world. At that time, u may b in M'sia. Did receive that message, but payment should b paid at their police station instead to that individual. U were panic n were not alert at that time too. Lucky it was only S$3K to b lost. U may hv locked yr card, but u hd entered yr credit card details. That is y they keep prompting u w/different names n amounts.
