Meesho renames parent company ahead of planned IPO
Indian ecommerce startup Meesho has officially changed its legal name from “Fashnear Technologies Private Limited” to “Meesho Private Limited.”
The name change was approved by shareholders on April 23, 2025 according to a regulatory filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
