The First Lady, who married future US President Donald Trump in 2005, moved to the US in the late Nineties from Slovenia. She gave birth to their son Barron in 2006 and that same year swore in as a US citizen. She has since sponsored her parents Amalija and Viktor Knav’ green cards and they became US citizens themselves last year.
