A Hong Kong-based Japanese chef has been convicted for secretly filming upskirt videos of women at a Don Don Donki store, South China Morning Post reported . Eisaku Hara, 50, was the head chef at Tempura Uchitsu, an upscale omakase restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. The fine-diner’s original flagship in Tokyo has one Michelin star. The HK outlet opened in 2020 and was helmed by Hara, who had also worked at Tempura Uchitsu in Tokyo. According to SCMP , Hara pled guilty to three counts of “unlawful recording or observation of intimate parts”.
