We’re in the Mediacorp radio studios when we spot Michelle Chia, waving at us from a distance. The 43-year-old star has just been on air promoting her latest project, Mind’s Eye, where she plays a “kind yet psychotic” florist who “believes that plants have feelings”. Her character falls in love with her equally crazy murderer twin brother, played by Christopher Lee’s younger brother, Frederick Lee, and is an accomplice in his killing spree. The gruesome Toggle Originals series also stars Jesseca Liu, Tay Pinghui and Wang Yuqing.
