Democrat insiders have reportedly advised Joe Biden to beg Michelle Obama to be his vice president. At the moment Amy Klobuchar is understood to be the favourite but Mr Biden, who served as vice president under Michelle’s husband Barack, has hinted the previous first lady may be a viable option. Mr Biden mentioned Michelle Obama's name on the campaign trail. When asked whom he would like to work with, he smiled and said: “I sure would like Michelle Obama to be the vice president.”
