Microsoft, Activision settle $250m takeover lawsuit
Activision Blizzard shareholders have agreed to a US$250 million settlement over claims that the game maker’s former executives and Microsoft underpaid shareholders in Microsoft’s US$75.4 billion acquisition of the company in 2023, according to a source familiar with the matter.
