The “Party in the U.S.A.” singer recently reunited with her dad Billy Ray Cyrusfor her brother Braison Cyrus’ 31st birthday, shutting down ongoing feud rumors surrounding their family.

In the photo shared to his Instagram May 9, Billy Ray sported a black hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses as he stood with Braison, Miley and her partner Maxx Morando—all in black—on what appeared to be his farm in Tennessee. The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer captioned the pic simply, “Happy Birthday Braison!!!!!”
