Local animation studio Monsta has reported that its YouTube channel has been hacked.

The studio behind hits like Boboiboy and Mechamato hadalmost 13.5 million subscribers at the time of the hack.

According to a Facebook post by its chief executive officer Nizam Abd Razak yesterday, the studio’s YouTube channel was hacked by an American-based crypto company, resulting in missing original content.
