Mont Kiara shooting: Third suspect charged in murder of businessman
PETALING JAYA: A third suspect has been charged at the Kuala Lumpur magistrate’s court, today in connection with the murder of a businessman near Mont Kiara recently, NSTreports.
M. Partibekumaran, 37, was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder, which provides for the mandatory death sentence upon conviction.
